Paper Submission Instructions

 

General information

All submitted papers will go through the double-blind review process, accepted papers will be published in Journal indexed in Scopus. 

Papers must be submitted using the easychair submission system:

Submitted papers written in English must be from 8 till 10 pages and are required to be in compliance with the template.

The manuscript must be accompanied by the following files for submission:

  • Author Agreement Statement - You must make a true statement that all authors have approved the final article, agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work, and acknowledge that all those entitled to authorship are listed as authors. By submitting a paper, the authors declare that the manuscript is original, has not been published before, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. Author Agreement Statement can be downloaded here.
  • Title page - Essential title page information includes Title, author names, affiliations, Corresponding author. The title page can be downloaded here.

The manuscript document itself MUST NOT contain any of the Author(s) details - for the purpose of the blind peer-review process. Make sure that your submission is anonymized

Paper structure

 

Papers should be prepared in the following order:

Introduction: to explain the background work, the practical applications and the nature and purpose of the paper.

Body: to contain the primary message, with clear lines of thought and validation of the techniques described.

Conclusion

Acknowledgements (when appropriate)

References

Section headings: should be left-justified, with the first letter capitalised and numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction. Sub-section headings should be in capital and lower-case italic letters, numbered 1.1, 1.2, etc, and left justified, with second and subsequent lines indented.

In case you cannot participate offline, you may prepare Pre-recorded Virtual Presentation (as a back up plan for bad Internet connection), but we expect that you will make a presentation online. 

  • File size: The recommendation is no more than 200 MB.
  • Filename: please use the following naming convention for the final file: “Speaker’s Family name Name Paper Title”

There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record a presentation.  You are free to use any of them as long as you obtain a good quality recording.

After paper acceptance, the corresponding author gets an email from easychair inviting him/her to submit a paper to proceedings. Please submit it as a zip archive, which includes both PDF and source files.
